ご予約について

キャンセル代はいつから発生しますか？

9日前から発生いたします。キャンセルをご希望のお客様は10日前までに、メールまたは電話にてご連絡をお願い致します。

[当日・前日] 100％のご予約時間分のキャンセル代
[2～5 日前] 50％のご予約時間分のキャンセル代
[6～9 日前] 25％のご予約時間分のキャンセル代

最低予約時間を教えてください。

CYK Studios(サイクスタジオ)の最低予約時間は3時間(固定)で、その後1時間毎で予約の追加が可能です。

予約時間の変更はできますか？

以下のいずれの場合でも電話、またはメールにてご連絡をお願い致します。

場合 1: 予約時間を減らしたい。

予約日の9日前から、減らしたい時間分のキャンセル代が発生します。

場合 2: 予約を増やしたい

ご予約時のスロットで他のお客様の予約が後にない場合のみ可能です。キャンセル料は発生しません。

場合 3: 全体の予約時間を前後に移動させたい

他のお客様の予約が前後にない場合のみ可能です。キャンセル料は発生しません。

インターネットは利用できますか？

Wifiと、有線の10Gbeの高速インターネット環境が整っております。生配信や、各種オンラインMTGにもご利用いただけます。

制作について

スタジオの禁止事項は何ですか？

利用規約内に記載されている「禁止事項」をご確認ください。

普段履いている靴は使えますか？

白ホリスタジオ内では、養生した靴、または新品の靴のみお使いいただけます。

ピンヒールやスパイク、床が汚れたり、傷つきやすい靴を使用の撮影では「床塗装料金」が発生することご了承ください。

また、靴下、裸足での白ホリスタジオ内のご利用も禁止となっております。ご理解の程よろしくお願いいたします。

同録はできますか？

動画配信は可能ですか？

グリーンバックや黒幕はありますか？

各種幕がございます。お問い合わせください。

When will the cancellation fee be charged?

It will be charged from 9 days prior to the booked time. If you wish to cancel, please contact us at least 10 days in advance by e-mail or phone.

[On the day of the booking and the day before] 100% of the cancellation fee
[2-5 days prior to the booked time] 50% of the cancellation fee
[6-9 days prior to the booked time] 25% of the cancellation fee

What is the minimum booking time?

CYK Studios has a minimum booking time of 3 hours (fixed), after which bookings can be made in hourly increments.

Can I change my booking time?

Please contact us by phone or e-mail in any of the following cases:

Case 1: I want to reduce my booking time.

A cancellation fee will be charged from 9 days prior to the booking date for the amount of time you wish to reduce.

Case 2: I want to increase my booked time.

This is possible only if there are no other guests booked later in the slot at the time of booking. No cancellation fee will be charged.

Case 3: I want to move the entire booking time back or forward.

This is possible only if there are no other guests’ bookings before or after yours. No cancellation fee will be charged.

Is Internet available?

We have Wifi and a wired 10Gbe high speed internet environment. It can be used for live streaming and online meetings.

What are the precautions when using the studio?

Please refer to “Precautions For Shooting” listed in the Terms and Conditions.

What's not permitted in the studio?

Please refer to “Prohibited Items For Shooting” listed in the Terms and Conditions for more information.

Can I use my regular shoes?

Only protected or new shoes may be used in the white cyc studio.

Please note that a “floor painting fee” will be charged if you use shoes with pin heels, spikes, or shoes that easily get floor dirty or scratch the floor.

Socks and bare feet are not permitted in the white cyc studio. Thank you for your cooperation.
